Soh Rent Strasbourg Appartement proche des halles

😢: Unfortunately we have booked the place quite early and haven't read the recent reviews. All the issues were still there (broken balcony door glass, unusable sofa bed, etc.). On top of that there was no remote control for the parking lot. The worst however is the total lack of availability, communication through the given contacts. We had to leave the place after one day in order not to completely ruin our stay in Strasbourg..

😢: We paid for 4 people. No one welcomed us. The pull-out bed was broken, so the two of us fell asleep sitting. The worst thing is that there was no heating in the apartment. we were freezing for 2 days. It was minus 7 outside. And we came with a child and a grandmother. We persistently called the owner, but he did not answer. We sent messages and e-mails, but he did not respond. Very bad experience..
