😊: It is near the city. 😢: The apartment is very high up, there is a very bad smell from the sewage system, and the internet stopped after 3 days and has not been turned on again even though I asked for it..

😊: Nothing, it was absolute nightmare of a stay..... 😢: This stay was a complete and utter nightmare - never go there under any circumstances. At one point, I had to call the police. Not only to get there it is an experience where you are afraid of your life in the actual building, the real nightmare beggins after. First of all, the people who make business with this place want a huge deposit that you don't know if you would ever get back. Those people also gave me bad codes afterwards to enter and while the corridor was open at first, after I went for quick dinner around 8 p.m., they locked the door with the electrical lock and basically locked three people from the flats there outside. I had all my things I needed for work the next day. Me and the other guests who had all the stuff inside couldnt reach the people through the phone or through messages or e-mail, nothing works. And we tried all of the codes, different combinations. Eventuallly after 4 hours in the cold and consultations with the police, that said that this things is certainly a scam - one person finally picked up the call and opened the lock from some office of theirs and I could just take my stuff in the middle of the night and move somewhere else. Because I was very scared about my safety. On the call he admitted the codes they gave us wouldn't work. But the next day, when I was very mad and demanded refunds, these people gaslighted me and two other guests into the fact that supposedly we put the wrong codes. But they didn't even answer to us before unless we mentioned involving the police and also the police confirmed that it was impossible to get in the flat. Fortunately I found some hotel nearby quickly, but I advise you - avoid this and everything those people are involved in. I pray Booking will see our complaint and request for a refund, because people in this accommodation are ignorant and just want to make money on renting very dirty rooms without any communication/service/anything. The worst experience on booking I ever....
