😊: The location was good, near the railway station and the city center. 😢: 5th floor without lift. The 5th floor is particularly dangerous. No door in the washroom, nothing to provide intimacy The studio was not clean.

😢: Unfortunately, we had a very serious experience during our stay. One night, when we returned to the property around 10:00 PM, we were unable to enter the building. We could pass the first door, but the second door did not open, even though we entered the access code exactly as provided. We tried multiple times, but it did not work. We immediately attempted to contact the property manager. Despite being informed that messaging support was available until 11:00 PM, we received no response at all. As a result, we were locked outside late at night in the middle of winter, with no access to the accommodation we had paid for and no assistance from the host. Eventually, we had no choice but to urgently book another place to stay and walk around searching for accommodation. This caused significant stress and inconvenience. Being unable to access the property and not being able to reach the host in such a situation is unacceptable. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this accommodation..
