😊: Location was fabulous and great value for money. Owner gave useful info on parking.. 😢: An attic room is always going to be warm in summer but two fans were provided. The long walk up four flights - don't be put off by a dilapidated hallway. The room was fine and if you poke your head through the velux window the view is amazing including the castle on the left and the cathedral on the right..

😊: Communication with Host was excellent. Central location meant great choice of restaurants and places to walk. 😢: 4th floor with no lift and two small dogs was bad planning on my part. Also, agin my bad planning, location within historic district means long walk with bags between car and appartment..

😊: Bonus ginger cat in the hallway.

😊: The location. Inside house, the design also makes me felt warm. If I visit Dinan once more, surely I'll stayed here again.. 😢: Located at 4th floor, no lift. The corridor does not have any lights/lamp setup..
