Spa Sauna et cosy 50m2 avec jardin

😊: Very clean and pretty big room compared to other accomodations in the city, lights are so nice and the price is very good.. 😢: Yes it is near the fort, a bit away from the beach, however walking through the city to the beach is really nice. There was some renovations in the building during my stay , so it was a little bit noisy in the morning..

😊: Nothing at all. 😢: Upon arrival we noticed that the "apartment" is located in a dodgy area and an extremely old building, dirty and far from the pictures you see online. Our sheets and towels were totally wet and didn't smell fresh, we contacted the host who told us to take fresh ones from the washing machine in the dusty hallway... The "ensuite bathroom" wasn't ensuite at all but at the end of the hallway opposite the room so we had to cross the dust all the time. The 1st night was terrible as the room next door from the same owners had a couple with a baby, the lady was singing all night and yelling at the child, in the meantime other people were sitting and making noise on "the terrace with jacuzzi (see pictures) and garden" till late, in front of our main window. Waking up after a night with hardly any sleep we tried to contact our concierge Fassou but no answer. We decided to give it 2nd chance the next night which was relatively OK till early morning, when the people upstairs started using their Jackhammer, even more dust in the hallway and wake up time... So we tried to contact Fassou again and decided we were leaving one night earlier to have at least one decent night at another place to end our trip to France and told them we were counting on a refund of that 3rd night. Till now no reaction at all, only standard messages trough the booking.com system. The place is dirty, not really save (see picture of the electrical wires at the front door) and absolutely to be avoided. Booking.com should absolutely ban them cause this is really a scam!.
