We (two couples) stayed in the house for 2 weeks. After the reception by Thérèse who was very kind, we had an excellent stay in Rothéneuf.Big plus is the backery at 300 m from the house, they are 6 days per week open.Apart from the shouwer in the ground floor bathroom which was broken and leaking everything was working fine in the house. The beds were perfect, relative new.For us it was the second time we stayed in Rothéneuf, (first time another house) and again we had amazing weather. Climate conditions in Saint-Malo are mild with a lot of sunny moments.The location is quiet, the elemetary school at the end of the road is not disturbing at all. The beaches are close, clean and big.We can recommend this house.

We had an amazing week in this well located, modern family home. The listing was accurate and the property lived up to expectations. We will be back!
