We had a great two summer weeks at this fine sea view house. Communication with the owners was very easy and straightforward throughout. A WiFi issue - by the telco provider - was sorted very promptly the next working day. The hosts very kindly also arranged the pre-flight Covid tests for return to the UK for us. The house is spacious, bright and comfortable, but the real highlights are the amazing views, the wonderful south-facing swimming pool, the BBQ and outdoor sitting areas, the invaluable AC in all rooms, and the drum set and electronic piano for hobby musicians such as us. The property is conveniently located. Shopping is very easy to reach within just 5min drive, as is the beautiful village of Valbonne for ice cream, fruits, delis, plenty restaurants etc within less than 10min. Various golf courses and hiking trails within 10min, too. C 20min to wonderful adventure playgrounds for kids of all ages, and a good half hour to Lac de Saint Cassien, which are all absolutely great days out if you don't want to go to the beach every day. Well-deserved 5 stars for us.

We enjoyed the house and garden so much that we holidayed here two years running. Presented to a very high standard with high quality fixtures and fittings, we felt really at home. Lovely pool and fabulous weather, the family enjoyed meals on the patio and the children enjoyed the trampoline and swings. Secluded, peaceful and private, the house was set behind locked gates with fantastic garaging that kept the car cool. Great air conditioning maintained cool temperatures throughout the hot days and electric shutters made the home feel very safe. Loved the long distance views to the sea and the close proximity of an excellent supermarket and neighbourhood boulangerie. Children particularly liked the two bedrooms on the first floor with their en-suite bathrooms and terrace overlooking the pool. From a practical point of view, the kitchen and utility room were well equipped making food preparation and washing so easy, and the separate house bins (glass, plastics and waste) were collected on a regular basis. Lovely sitting area for family to read, watch films, enjoy the view or plan the days out to the sea - we’d recommend Antibes and Cannes, and the markets at Valbonne and Sainte Maxime. Karine was incredibly supportive and the property was just what we hoped for.

Nous étions 4 adultes avec 4 enfants, nous avons pu profiter de la piscine et se reposer au calme. Les enfants ont pu profiter du trampoline et du terrain de boules. La maison entièrement climatisée est bien agréable. Les commerces tout proche nous ont bien facilité la vie. A recommander fortement, vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et ont répondus à toutes nos questions, merci à vous.

We were a group of four adults and four children. This villa is very spacious with amazing views. The pool is large and was very much enjoyed by us all! It is well located, with short drives to lovely villages and towns. Karine was an excellent host and extremely responsive. We would highly recommend this villa.
