😊: The apartment is very spacious and comfortable, and the host very accommodating and helpful. It is an older property with lots of character. We loved the location in the Chartrons area, with good amenities in walking distance, but also next to a tram stop to access the rest of Bordeaux. The balcony is a real bonus!.

😊: Lots of space, lovely antique furniture, and a homey vibe.. 😢: The tram runs right outside the windows of the bedroom and it can be quite noisy..

😊: Great retro apartment with classic French touches. Location in Chartrons is right on the tram line, with a stop almost literally right outside the door. It will have you in Bordeaux old town in less than 10 mins, and when we were there the antique markets were on right next to the tram stop at Quinconces. So much fun! The apartment was quite well proportioned, with a well equipped kitchen, living room, sunny balcony, and great party-sized shower [!] Happy with the apartment overall, and the arrival instructions were detailed and clear, received via What's app.. 😢: Whilst advertised as having a washing machine, we arrived to find the machine had broken down and the staff seemed to be unaware. No options were offered to address this, but it turned out it was a public holiday week and no technicians were available. So, fair enough, these things happen, and I negotiated a courtesy refund off the accommodation cost to compensate for time and expense used to visit a laundromat. The staff were agreeable to this without argument, so I was satisfied. The rooftop parking is fine, but the ramp up is very tight, so take it slow 🙂 There was supposed to be a second key available in the apartment when we arrived, but this hadn't been left and was never addressed..

Wohlfühlen wie Zuhause 3<br>#128578; Das Apartment ist sehr zentral und sehr komfortabel. Alles ist da, was man so brauch... Zudem ist es sehr groß... Es ist relativ ruhig gelegen. Wenn einen das Gebimmel der Straßenbahn zu sehr stört, kann man einfach das Fenster zu machen. Aber das Geräusch der Straßenbahn hat so ihren Charme... Alles isz sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Und man entdeckt in dem Viertel stets Überraschendes... einfach toll Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt<br>#128577; Es gibt sehr viele Schränke, die sehr überfüllt sind. Fühlten uns zeitweilig wie auf einem Flohmarkt. Was ja auch interessant sein kann ;)...

Bordeaux magnifique<br>#128578; The apartment is fully furnished and as nice as you can see in the pictures, and very clean.. there is a little terrace too where we had our breakfast, lunch or dinner. Excellent the position, in three stops of the bus 🚌 you are in the city centre and the bus stop is close to the apartment.<br>#128577; The apartment is on the first floor on the street, it is a little bit noisy because the 🚊 runs very very close to it. We have had a problem with the wifi (we were out of it) but the staff didn't solve it.

Very good communication and check in procedure from management company. Parking is very convenient. Approx. 2km walk to city centre. However, this unit is old, worn out, and dirty. Much of the furniture is worn out or broken. Sofa is permanently stained and upholstery worn out and I would estimate 40 years old. 2 doors on cabinets have fallen off. Cracked mirror in hallway. Dirty table cloth and curtains. The dirty entry rug is glued to the floor but there seems to be an ant colony underneath. The tram line is directly below the windows and is quite noisy at night. I think my 2 stars generous. This is probably my 3rd bad review out of about 40 properties we have stayed at.
