It was a true pleasure staying at this property. We stayed during winter and slept comfortably warm every night. The check-in process was quick and easy, the key was stored in a locker outside, and the host was very responsive, providing clear and detailed instructions on how to find the property. The space was clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and everything we needed for our stay, including a sink, a dining table, a refrigerator, and a washing machine. The location was excellent and gave us a genuine sense of what it feels like to live in the neighborhood. We walked to the Eiffel Tower every day, and we also had many train station options at walking distance from the apartment.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. The property is modern, light and bright and well equipped. There are very good transport links and good local amenities with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. The Eiffel Tower is a very short walk away. The owner/management kept us updated of how to access the property with short videos etc which was very helpful.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I travel the world and That apartment was a disaster from the start. The sheets were dirty, we weren’t given enough towels, and When I asked for extra they wanted to charge me money and the entire place felt unclean. On top of that, the water heater didn’t work, and the heating in the apartment was completely broken To make things worse, there was unbearable noise coming from the bakery downstairs, waking us up at 5 AM every single morning. We tried reaching out to customer service multiple times, but they were completely unresponsive and useless. about my security deposit and a random charge. They ignored me every single time. No explanation, no response, NOTHING. They take your money and disappear. This place is a nightmare. I highly recommend that NO ONE books this apartment. Save yourself the frustration and stay somewhere else. I booked for 4 days I checked out after the 1st night One star—only because I can’t give zero.
