😊: Our stay at Spacieux Marx Dormoy avec parking gratuit C was excellent overall. The apartment was spacious and included the added benefit of free parking. However, one notable downside was the bathroom doors, which had large gaps that compromised privacy. This made it awkward as activities in the bathroom were visible from the living area. Despite this minor issue, the apartment provided all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay..

😊: Spacious, comfortable. 😢: Two corkscrews, both broken, kitchen equipment is sparse, bathroom smells of urine, without a shower door the floor is always going to get wet. no furniture in bedroom, nowhere to store anything or store clothes except in adjoining hanging space, drawers would have been helpful. Parking would be ok for a small car, it is not easy to access with a medium size car..

😊: We like location and the parking infront of the apartment. It was spacious enough for 2 adults,2 kids and our doggies. We like also that they are pet friendly and dont give a big fuss of dog's hair unlike other rental places. There was a boucherie and carrefour a few walking distance to buy some essentials.. 😢: It was cold when we arrived in the apartment, the sofa bed wasnt prepared when we arrived. Also, not enough comforters so i catched cold the first night. Maybe they can invest of big comforters for two people next time as the comforters provided were not so thick and were small. Also, the shower cabin had no door to cover so the water was going out and made the floor so wet. This i hope that they can improve in the future. Also, the floor is making sounds when we were walking. I think that the wooden tiles were not well installed maybe so it created sounds when we were walking on it. We were scared that it did disturb the renters below us, hope it didnt tho.. These are just suggestions that they can improve. We will still recommend this place.

😊: - The location is great, a very quiet place, close to a supermarket(3min), city center and a nice park (10min) - The parking spot is quite big, although you have to go through a narrow passageway to enter it, but for our suv it was ok. - The rooms are big and spacious, there is plenty of space to sit, eat, work and relax. We traveled with a dog, and it was very comfortable staying here. - There is a possibility to extend your check out till 14h which we gladly used. - Great internet connection - We happened to travel during the whole “France bed bug” era, so we meticulously checked the mattress and the pillows - they were like new!. 😢: As many people reported here, it was not very well cleaned. We are not picky but seeing an old used sponge for dishes, yellow crust on the sink sewage, leftovers of toilet paper and some candy wraps on the floor along with the hair was not pleasant. We have reported it to the owner along with some pics to illustrate it, so I hope that they will find a way to improve the cleaning service as apart from that, the apartment is amazing..
