😊: Nothing.. 😢: No human contact at all, all in hands of an agency in Strasbourg called Straslodge. Straslodge was not contactable at all. They demanded a 300 euro bond which I accidentally paid twice. They have since tried (unsuccessfully) to withdraw 600 euro from my bank account. The apartment was sub-standard. All information given was not sufficient, eg where to pick up key, where to put rubbish on leaving, directions to find building & access apartment. When we left, we carefully followed all instructions so as not to lose our "bond". We left the apartment exactly as we found it. I took some photos of the poor condition it was in, the filthy mattress, dirt on walls etc etc. It was a very stressful experience..

😊: Self-catering. 😢: Kettle. There wasn't one. Many thanks to the agents for lending us one. Hob. Because of the initial absence of a kettle I spent a couple of days, and engaged an online "expert" service to heat a pan of water but couldn't turn off, or fail to engage, the child lock. Cutlery and crockery adequate. Seating. There were one easy chair and two stools which were both far too lto.but one after persuasion, soared too high and couldn't be coaxed back down Mattress. Too large for the frame. Shower room. No bath mat. We had to use one of the (fairly plentiful) thin towels. The absence of one of the brackets on the shower rod meant that a lot of random water needed ansorption ..

😊: location. 😢: unhelpful staff, no internet service, shower head brocken, cooking pot does not suit induction booster/stove.

😢: First of all, the description says there was a separate bedroom and a living room, but there was not. The apartment description also says that it can receive up to four people, but there’s not even sufficient chairs for three. The apartment was not clean (really dirty), the bed was terrible and small (mattress larger than the supporting rack. I even felt on the floor), the bed sheets were stained, there was no extra toilet paper nor dishwasher detergent for cleaning the supplies. On top of that, the shower was broken and could not be held high as a proper shower would work. I tried contacting the property but they didn’t even reply like they didn’t care. I was there for Christmas and it should’ve been a magic experience but it was far from it. Don’t recommend -1000/10..
