Spacious 3 bedrooms apartement 135 m & privative parking

😊: Secure parking, great communications and the place is stunning, really beautifully laid out with style and class!. 😢: Nothing. Maybe the 2 flights of stairs (after cycling 145km of Paris Roubaix Challenge!!!)..

😊: The host provided clear instructions prior to arrival on how to collect the keys and enter the apartment. The host was also very accommodating with the time of our arrival and departure, allowing us to stay a bit longer than the specified checkout time. The apartment is perfectly located, just a 15-20 min walk from Lille Europe station and only 5 mins away from some lovely local shops including a delicious bakery.. 😢: The keys to open the main building door and apartment door were a bit tricky and required a bit of a ‘nack’. But this was only a minor issue. Not that it was a problem for my family and I, but there is a strict quiet rule after 9PM, due to neighbours. We did pass one of the neighbours on the stairway who made a point of telling us this..

😊: Exquisite, spacious apartment, with high ceilings and grand features. Tastefully furnished with antique type furniture and original artwork. Close to shops and restaurants in a quiet residential neighbourhood and only a 20 minute walk to the centre of Lille. Owner Lana made contact with us before we arrived and kept in contact with us while we were there.. 😢: Our trip was in late October before the central city heating came on, so it was cold in the bedrooms. A week later and it would have been fine. I think we just got unlucky with a cold snap..
