Splendid air-conditioned stone and wood villa: in Pézenas (town of the Middle Ages).

The pool was not heated and entry was a bit difficult for some so we chose not to use it. The house itself was cold on occasion especially during the windy days and the air conditioning seemed to send the heat upstairs. The main rooms were clean but the windows on the main floor were dirty.

Perfect location to enjoy the gorgeous town of Pezenas and surroundings. Character house and beautiful outside space. Like others have mentioned, photos should be updated (eg pool furniture is much more sleek than in photos).

What a fabulous place to stay.The photos do not do this beautiful house and gardens justice. We had a fantastic two weeks in Pezenas and everything about the house, hosts and place wad perfect.

Home was nice and clean Parking just outside the front door. Pool was great for an afternoon dip. AC was good for the late afternoon. Great pizza 100 m away and restaurants within 15 min walk away

We stayed nearly 3 weeks at this property and absolutely LOVED it. The house and gorgeous mature garden (and great pool!) were actually even better and more spacious than we expected from the online pictures. The owners (Nadine, Thomas and their adult daughter) were extremely friendly, responsive, but never intrusive! The check-in process was a breeze and they were super helpful anytime we needed something (they worked hard on the first day to get the pool's alarm system fixed for instance and always communicated with us via emails promptly). We had a couple of safety concerns at first because our young daughter has mobility issues and the house has a lot of stairs and level changes, but in the end we were very comfortable and could not be more pleased with the well-appointed amenities (great kitchen and incredible bathroom especially!). The place is very private (no viw on any neighbor), quiet and ideal for days spent chilling around the pool and dinners al fresco. But it is also only a 5 min walk (on a road without sidewalks but fairly safe nevertheless) from the lively and beautiful town of Pezenas where you'll find shops, restaurants, cafes, and antique stores galore, as well as one of the best farmers markets in the south of France (every saturday). There's a toy museums for little ones and a great parc. We used this as our base to explore the beauty of the surroundings and take day trips but honestly, the property is so comfy and unique that you will want to stay put!

Super bien située dans Pézenas, et communication efficace. Maison très charmante et hyper spacieuse, parfaite pour 6 personnes. Jardin magnifique et reposant, agrémentée d’une grande piscine. Literie correcte. Salle de bain incroyable. Le carnet d’accueil est très complet sur les bonnes pratiques à tenir ainsi que sur les possibilités et activités disponibles aux alentours. En bref, nous reviendrons dans ce havre de paix avec plaisir et recommanderons ce superbe lieux.

Très chaleureuse maison en pierre et bois où nous avons pu nous reposer au calme. La cerise sur le gâteau étant le magnifique jardin très bien entretenu, un vrai petit coin de paradis. La piscine est parfaite en taille et surtout en profondeur (1m40 étant parfait pour les jeux de balle !)
