Splendide appartement pour 6 proche Montmartre

😊: The location was great , lots of local restaurants and bars and easy access to the Metro. 😢: Any problems were easily resolved, communication was great.

😊: Close to the metro station Comfortable appartment. 😢: Street was a bit tacky and dirty.

😊: The apartment is huge and very clean. There were a lot of amenities provided. Located next to two metro stops which makes it very convenient to get into the center of Paris.. 😢: The downstairs bedroom is a bit stuffy and there is no natural sunlight.

😢: It's a building without even a single window and the door has to be closed with a shop shutter that looks onto a street full of people..

😊: Modern spacious. 😢: Unfortunately the downstairs bathroom smelled a bit and the area is not kept clean.

Downstairs bathroom smelled like a sewer. AC was not working when we got there. Had to figure out how to reset the system on our own. Only one exit and only one set of keys presents a fire hazard. Upstairs bathroom jet tub did not work. Bathtub faucet was broken. Positives. Management team was relatively responsive, but not very helpful. Would not recommend.

Our family visited the city after a few days at Disneyland Paris. This worked well for our family of 6 as our 2 younger kids were able to utilize the pullout sofa while the adults used the 2 bedrooms. The 2 bathrooms were great for our family. The apartment was clean and had every amenity we needed allowing us to cook when we weren’t out exploring. Good location close to the metro, groceries and cafes. Hosts were very attentive to any questions or concerns. There are restaurants on the street and the area that close late, so you can get some noise at night, but I think that is fairly normal in the city. Very nice accommodations and I would definitely recommend.

Katia and Thomas were great hosts, communicating with us clearly before and during the stay. The apartment was clean and in good condition, matching the pictures. The apartment is not near any of the tourist destinations but is less than two blocks away from two Metro lines, making it easy to travel to those destinations.
