Splendide villa avec piscine et vue mer imprenable sur les hauteurs de Mandelieu

Beautiful, well maintained and spacious property with spectacular views and setting. The Host and owners were very helpful and professional in dealing with some issues. Highly recommended!

All as described plus secure gated parking for several cars - 20 minutes up the mountain from a huge Auchan supermarket & Mandelieu Airport - 1 hour from Monte Carlo - 40 minutes from Nice airport - Exactly what we wanted with young children - safe and not too “precious”

Our holiday in this villa was a real joy. We stayed two weeks .We have been renting villas for family holidays for some decades now and this villa is probably our best experience. We were 14 , two generations encompassing six adults and then eight of the younger generation from 2 to 20 years. The layout of the villa meant there was plenty of room for everyone to spread and relax, including a second sitting room , useful for the younger ones..The website photographs of the villa are a true presentation of how superb it is. In fact the photos don’t do the villa full justice in my opinion. The pool is excellent and comfortably accommodated all our clan who were busy swimmers. The gardens are beautifully kept and laid out with lovely plants and shrubs. Gorgeous when lit up at night . The terrace furnishing were top class , comfortable, functional and aesthetically simple in design. Dining table could easily accommodate all of us. Inside the villa I am glad to say the the decor and 'accessories' were excellent - of a very good to high standard. 'Acessories' refers to pretty well everything you could think of, cutlery , towels ( bathroom and poolside) bed linen , table ware , all appliances, Weber barbecue you name it, none could be faulted. For example, two fridge freezers and a wine cooler/ fridge - just what we needed for a group our size. We’re there any niggles? Remarkably, no. Being located in the countryside it is 20 minutes from a major supermarket and the beaches at Mandelieu , Theoules , with Cannes a bit further . We didn’t find this a problem and beaches were occasionally visited . Frankly there was little incentive to leave the villa . The very helpful villa manageress received us well . We engaged a femme de manage for some hours most days and she was excellent too. A couple of minor things went wrong ( loosened door handle and unfortunately we cracked a v nice vase) but the response of the owner was swift, generous and most understanding. Couldn’t have been better. We are all agreed that we would love to repeat his holiday . As I said above the vista is superb but it also gives a sense of spaciousness to the whole place which helps make it so relaxing . So our collective thanks to the owner who was so helpful and with her attention to detail concerning what the villa offered ensured that our holiday was such a a marvellous success .

La maison est super! On était 9 adules et 2 petits enfants. La répartition des chambres fait que chacun a un espace autonome, indépendant et le fait que tout le monde n'est pas dans le même rythme ne gène personne. Les vues des chambres et de la terrasse sont magiques. La maison est très belle en soi, hyper lumineuse comme attendue selon les photos. Très propre également. Le seul petit bémol qu'on pourrait donner à cet endroit d'exception c'est la distance des autres petites villes/villages qui demande un déplacement en voiture même pour les petits croissants du matin. Mais aucun regret; on y retournera avec plaisir! Merci

Our second visit in this wonderful villa. We love the silence and the amazing view over Cannes. Big pool and lawn to play football. Super friendly host and English speaking local contact person. Everything is working and the villa is well equipped. Our best recommendations. Tina and family.

We had wonderful 14 days in this villa. The panoramic views. The silence. The well equipped villa. We loved it. The owner was most helpful.
