St Cyprien superbe maison de village

😊: The village is lovely.. 😢: The staff/owner/property management were rude, aggressive, and at times we felt threatened. Very hostile and a large part of why we left. 3 pillows for a family of 5?! No batteries in the remotes. 1 fork. Random broken items dumped everywhere. Stairs that were wobbly and unsafe. Horribly stained toilet. Top room has shoulder height joists, even a 13y old can't stand up in there. Everything a little shabby/broken. Tap in kitchen is faulty, microwave handle coming off, stools stained, walls have paint chipped off. Weird smell and a strange little corridor up to the apartment with rickety stairs and a low ceiling that one of us hit our head on. TV did not work properly even after we bought our own batteries. No instructions or welcome pack of bin bag, 1 toilet roll etc that you might expect. Hot water ran out after 1 shower. A very miserable experience..
