St Jorioz, Villa d’architecte, proche lac Annecy, montagne, piscine, vue superbe

Our family of six loved our stay at this villa. Perfectly clean, well equipped and family games available. The villa has a lot of charm and is full of interesting ornaments and paintings that the owners have collected on their travels which gives the property character. Eric and Florence were very welcoming and happy to help with anything. The pool is great and our kids enjoyed lots of time there. Oh and the views are spectacular. The location is perfect for exploring Lake Annecy. We spent a couple of days at the beach in Saint Jorioz which was quieter than the main town of Annecy but still offered water sports and swimming without the crowds and plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby.We loved it.

Beautiful, tastefully decorated villa owned by a lovely couple. The house, the garden, and the pool are very clean and well maintained. Spectacular mountain views! It is a 10-15 min bike ride to the lake with a beach, walking/biking path and bike rental, marina, supermarket, and all local amenities. Also, a short drive or a bus ride away from the much busier in the summer Annecy creating a great balance between the calm surroundings of the villa and an easy access to the restaurants, shopping, and historic visits of the bigger town. The location is equally superb for an active lifestyle or a relaxing, quieter vacation. The owners treated us to a welcome wine gift and were consistently easy to contact and responsive. We greatly enjoyer our stay!

Florence and Eric welcomed us into their wonderful home, beautifully furnished and decorated with taste. Very clean too. The most time we spent in the garden, pool and on the balcony, from which the view on the lake and surroundings is excellent. We played their board games as well. Very quiet neighborhood and a tip to rent bikes from La Conty (Paul is very friendly).
