St. Pol de Léon, Brittany, rooms for rent: 65 for two people, 30€ for additional guests

Beautiful clean home. Very nice way to start our holiday in France. Host was very good at communicating with us even though we spoke no French. Very close to the beautiful beach of St. Anne’s and a lovely little village. Would love to have stayed longer. Sadly the hot water broke (which couldn’t be helped and the host had someone coming out immediately) my son was disappointed not to have a bath, but otherwise no problem at all.

A lovely and well equipped property. Beautiful view from balcony. Short walk to restaurants and beach. Lovely breakfast provided by owner.

Excellent property, well laid out with everything you might need. Private parking and lovely balcony with views of the sea. Highly recommended.

Excellently presented with modern décor and all essentials except the kitchen sink - tea/coffee making in each room; tea coffee and welcome biscuit packs; comfortable mattresses; spacious balcony with seating and sea view, weather permitting (we only stayed 12hr). A bit tricky to find but instructions were emailed. Would be very cosy if all three bedrooms let out individually, but as a party of five we booked all. Renee gave a cheerful welcome and guide of the facilities (all in French) and accommodated our late arrival from the Roscoff ferry. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others.

This house is the cleanest most beautiful house I've been in. The view from the balcony is beyond description. It's so nice that we are seriously considering booking a holiday in Roscoff just so we can stay here again. Thank you Renee.

Met by owner's niece who, despite neither of us speaking the others language well, pleasantly showed us the accommodation and let us store our bikes in the garage. Accommodation is in effect a flat with 3 lockable bedrooms. Well furnished with tv and WiFi. Small electrical cooker, microwave, foster & kettle with full crockery set so one could self cater. Had continental breakfast on one morning, lots fruit, pastries and bread which was very enjoyable. 2 restaurants and bar in close proximity. Really good base for St pol de Leon area, hope it doesn't get too popular as we will use it again next year.
