St Tropez-3mn place des Lices : villa-pool-large garden not overlooked

This house is very well equipped and has a lot of charm. The interior is very authentic and has a lot of space. There is ample space to park and the pool is very nice.

This property is just magic. The location to me is one of the most convenient in St. Tropez. The home has a soul. The property is more than we could have hoped for. The house is older, but that only adds to its charm. The backyard was beautiful, comfortable and larger than we expected. The house and back yard unit were spacious and comfortable. I will be seeing this home in my dreams- thank you to the owners for sharing and Helene for being so lovely.

This is a wonderful place, a lovely old home loaded with charm in a beautiful yard. The large heated pool is the focal point and center of most family activity. There is a smaller house in the back which was perfect for our daughter and her family. The property is just steps away from Place des Lices, the harbor, the shops, the cafes and the market two days a week. And the carousel for the kids! It was perfect for us and we are looking forward to a return visit.

We had a lovely holiday with our family and friends. The house lived up to our expectations with a lovely pool area. There is quite a bit of noise from the busy road and the annex is a bit cramped, but all in all a lovely house that met our expectations.

Great location! We had a great experience however the back room was a little humid. Rooms were very comfortable and very spacious! We did have a pool man early in the morning when we were not expecting it but the pool is amazing! Overall great stay!

This was a gorgeous house and great location close to absolutely everything. The pool was beautiful and the backyard. The only negative is that their was unplanned construction next door but the host was happy to give us a discount. For the future I think it would be nice also that the house is fully stocked with toilet paper and that trash from previous guests are taken out (we saw a few cups and towels outside). Otherwise it was an absolutely amazing experience and the host was very attentive. Would def stay here again.

THE HOUSE WAS EXQUISITE! THE PROPERTY WAS BEAUTIFUL, PEACEFUL AND QUIET, AN OASIS WITHIN THE CITY! IT WAS EXACTLY AS DESCRIBED. WE WERE WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE OF SHOPS, FOOD STORES, MUSEUMS AND RESTAURANTS. THE BEACH WAS A SHORT DRIVE AWAY, AND THE HOUSE POOL WAS WARM AND RELAXING. THERE WAS PLENTY OF SEATING FOR OUR FAMILY OF TEN, THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE AND THE PREMISES WERE SPOTLESS. THE WI FI WORKED WELL, WHICH WAS IMPORTANT FOR SOME WHO NEEDED IT FOR BUSINESS. HELENA, THE MANAGER OF THE PROPERTY WAS MOST HELPFUL, AN ABSOLUTE DELIGHT TO MEET. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS FACILITY AND COMPANY ... OUR ENTIRE FAMILY HOPES TO RETURN! Our group could not have been happier with this perfect home. The location could not be more central but has a tucked away vibe in that you would never know you are in the middle of town. The house itself is classy and cozy, with plenty of space for a group of 10. The yard and pool space is gorgeous and wonderful for laying out at the pool and group dinners. 10/10 for a Saint Tropez visit!
