😊: Nothing. 😢: all that bad impressions on check-in and chrck-out.

😊: The owner is very friendly and excellent at communicating, especially regarding instructions for arrival at the residence. Everything is extremely clean, and a walkable distance to the train station straight into Paris.. 😢: The stairs up to the room can be quite dark, be careful not to stumble..

😊: Great location. Easy walk to the square & Palace. Comfy bed.. 😢: The locks on the door were poor. I had to find the ladder to get into bed. The room was very small and no blinds on the windows. There was a pan to cook but no plates/bowls etc. It should be £40 a night to reflect the facilities..
