😊: The location is excellent, in the Old Quarter of Limoges. TV worked. A quirky flat that has much unexploited potential.. 😢: The shower only worked at the scalding temperature so had to wash in the sink. The cleanliness leaves much to be desired. The centre of the flat was passable but there was a cigarette butt under the bed which looked as if it had not been cleaned for ages. The stairs had what looked like the dirt of one month, at least. As for wifi, it does exist but the speed is so low that I could not even do a speedtest. I used tethering from my French mobile phone. But for overseas visitors that could be a problem. So the reality is that it might be okay to answer an email, but very very low speeds can be so frustrating. Door of bathroom has the lock missing and wardrobe in plastic has broken door. So overall, do a thorough spring clean once a month, subscribe to a proper wifi system, fix the shower thermommeter, put a lock on the bathroom door and either throw away the plastic doors or put new ones on the wardrobe..

😊: It is in the centre. 😢: Upstairs neighbours were making a lot of noise until 3am in the morning and was unable to sleep..

😊: The location is in a historical area, near buses. Cooking facilities were there. Everything was clean.. 😢: The wifi reception was very poor. That meant I had to cancel an online class. Also, I was not able to watch TV. The instructions for the online TV remote control were for a different model. Other people have mentioned the narrow staircase. At 1.60m I still banged my head twice. How would a tall person manage?.
