😊: Most of the facilities and the room itself were fine.. 😢: A property with no soap in the bathroom and an owner who later tells you that you should have got some from the local shop is not good. The radiator was propped up on blocks of wood. There was no kettle. The washbasin was cracked., etc., etc. The owner (think Basil Fawlty) sent a sneering response to my complaints. Worst attitude I have ever received from a host/owner and damaging to Booking.com's reputation..
