😊: location, price, the block of flat is renewed and makes you feel a "parisien". 😢: No bathroom or toilet: the toilet is out of the flat along a corridor and the key doesn't close it (so it's virtually open to everybody - except when you're inside of course), the shower is in the bedroom!!! the sink is so little that you can not even wash your face and brush your teeth. Very little room: just 12 square meters. No kitcken basic needs provided: only ONE glass, two dishes and spoons and forks, one cassarole, no cup or mug....
