😊: The studio is spacious and the location was good for me.. 😢: I booked the studio because it was conveniently located between the station and the hospital. I was visiting my dying uncle for the last time. Before leaving the studio, I removed the bedsheet and placed it on the bathroom floor, as instructed in the booking guidelines. After I left, the concierge checked the room and informed the host that I had taken the bedsheet and a towel. The host directly accused me of stealing them, harassed me, and even called me names, saying I was dishonest. I asked the host to verify with the concierge, as the towel was drying in the bathroom behind the door, and the bedsheet was on the floor. The host didn’t believe me and continued to accuse me repeatedly. Eventually, the concierge confirmed that the bedsheet was indeed on the floor, but they claimed another bedsheet was missing. I told the host I had no knowledge of the other bedsheet and hadn’t seen it. Despite this, they didn’t believe me and insisted that they conduct an inventory after every stay and were certain I had stolen the bedsheet. I had booked the studio for two nights but only needed to stay for one night. I came with just a small backpack for my visit, what would I even do with a bedsheet? I informed the host that I would no longer engage in this conversation as it was becoming absurd and that I would escalate the matter with Booking.com, which I did. I am in shock at being treated like a criminal, this was the last thing I needed during an already difficult weekend. Additionally, unrelated to the false accusations, the bed was in terrible condition. When I lay down to sleep, one of the bed’s legs broke, causing me to roll onto the floor. Upon inspecting the bed, I noticed that the leg had been broken multiple times before and poorly repaired with glue and metal. I informed the host about the broken bed leg, and they casually mentioned that this was the second time it had happened that month, blaming previous guests. They suggested I use the sofa to sleep instead..
