😊: I liked the location just 5 mins easy walk to Santa Guilia beach, the parking just steps away from the apartment.. 😢: Little more chairs around the swimming pool..

😊: Fantastic location, very peaceful, huge area! Nice clean apartment. Water bottle and the wine were provided complimentary in the fridge.. 😢: The communication with Anita wasn't that great. She doesn't reply on WhatsApp, if you send a message to her via Booking, she will reply to you the next day. Only phone calls. But I didn't have mobile date/roaming and could communicate only via messages. A bit complicated process for check in and check out. Nobody is there to help. I think if you own such a big property, you should be more available physically for your guests and check on their comfort not only via messages. It's just something to improve on. Overall it was a great stay, thank you!.

😊: Lovely apartment with everything you could possibly need. Great location on a fabulous beach that reminded us of the Seychelles. Facilities on site were very good, too. We very much recommend this apartment.. 😢: Check-in was very poor.. We didn't see any staff as it was a contactless process. It was also a very complicated and not very efficient procedure in that it required you to first access a website via recieved sms link, register and then pay a €600 security fee before access codes could be granted. After this we received an entry code for the main entrance. Unfortunately, the entry code was incorrect and further communication with the check-in agency was very difficult because of the poor 4g and 5g netork signals within the vicinity of the residence complex. Eventually, we were able to speak with the check-in agent by phone. She was very helpful and accommodating in giving us new access codes both to the entry gates and the apartment door. Sadly, the key safe for the apartment did not function correctly and it took numerous attenpts to access the key. Finally, after 40 minutes, we were able to get into the apartment Surely, there is a better way to organise a check-in than this. However, in fairness, we should add that we booked the accommodation just hours before arrival, whereas most guests would book weeks or months in advance and therefore avoid the last-minute frustrations we experienced..
