STUDIO 800 meters from the historic center of Sarlat

Wonderful warm and cheery welcome from Sylvie . Property beautifully clean and tidy. Contents fine but basic. 15 minutes walk down to Old Sarlat from property but a very steep hill to walk back up. You could of course drive! Small outside space with garden furniture.Enjoyed our stay. Must see Sarlat at night with gas ligjts.

très bon séjour avec un logement impeccable et bien situé pas loin du centre ville, nous descendions tout les jours a pied . nous avons eu de bon conseil de la part de Sylvie et son mari et nous avons été très bien accueillis. région magnifique. je recommande se logement sans hésitation . Lionel

Todo bien. Tiene un dormitorio que es la estancia principal y que tiene un espacio suficiente como para estar cómodo, una cocina pequeña y un cuarto de baño suficiente. Se echa de menos un armario lo que te obliga a tener tus cosas en la maleta y en la cocina también se echa de menos un espacio que lo compensa el que los propietarios te dejen utilizar un espacio que no le corresponde al apartamento. También tengo que decir que la cobertura wifi es escasa y en nuestro caso el canal de la TF1 se veía fatal (me perdí el primer partido del mundial de España porque ni funcionabal la TF1 ni funcionaba la wifi). En cualquier caso, para mi es un sitio perfecto para hacer miles de excursiones por esta parte del Perigord. Los propietarios son muy amables, están disponibles para cualquier cosa que necesites.

My wife and I had a great time in Sarlat and the surrounding area. The studio was the perfect place to return to. Cool (there was a heat wave), quiet with a beautiful garden to sit in and watch the sunset with a glass of wine. Sylvie and her husband gave us a lot of good information...the bike ride and canoe trip down the river are a must. We will be returning...

We had an excellent stay here. Although there is no separate bedroom the unit is comfortable and the kitchen is functional. The unit was clean and there was access to a washing machine. Mark and Sylvie are super hosts. The arrangements were easy. The location is interesting as there is a steep and narrow road into town. The decision about the evening meal is important. You can easily cook in the unit or walk into town remembering that you have to get back up that hill or you can drive the twisting, narrow road. Drinking is probably best left until after you get home. We recommend this property for couples. This is an excellent base from which to explore the region.
