😊: the view from the balcony. it was warm. 😢: I understand this is a ski resort but i think providing basics is essential. We came to the flat and there was not even a toilet roll. I understand it siThe apartment has a nice view and is in a good location, but overall the experience was disappointing and not good value for the price. The check-in process was quite cumbersome. Guests are required to complete their own inventory, pay a €500 deposit, and take photos of the apartment on departure. This already feels more like managing the property yourself rather than staying as a guest. Basic essentials were missing on arrival. I was aware that bed sheets were not provided, but there was not even a single roll of toilet paper, which felt quite unreasonable. During the inventory I also discovered several issues: the microwave was not working and there was no plug for the bathtub, meaning it was impossible to take a bath. When I reported this to the property manager, the response was simply that the previous guests had not mentioned any problems. Unfortunately that does not solve the issue for current guests. In a ski resort, the ability to take a hot bath after skiing is quite important. The sofa bed mechanism also had no instructions, and I was hesitant to force it open in case it broke. Another downside is noise. The apartment is located above a bar although on the 9th floor but you can still hear it, and the sleeping area (a bunk bed) is right next to the corridor where people walk past late at night or early in the morning so it can be quite loud. Overall, while the apartment itself is small but pleasant, the lack of basic amenities, the complicated check-in process, and limited support from the management make it hard to justify the price. For similar money, it is possible to find hotels in the area where basic services are provided..

😊: We booked this appartment for the two of us. 2 friends. With the double bed in the livingroom. You pull this down out of the closet we had two separate sleeping rooms. The appartment is very clean with a good looking bathroom and kitchen. And on top of that a spacious view over a big part of L’alpe D’Huez and the mountains. A stunning view from the 9th etage. Ski bus in front of the appartment, in the centre of the village. Perfect stay.. 😢: The general ski locker room is good but I wouldnt store your ski or snowboard boots there. There is also a parking below with parking space you can book.
