Studio à Morzine, 30m², 4 pers, balcon, parking, wifi - FR-1-524-73

😊: Location is great for town - 5 minute walk across the bridge. Lovely and quite though!. 😢: Normally I don't write reviews, but on this occasion I am compelled to. Firstly, the room is VERY dated, and not very clean. Its Ok as a bed (and a nice view) which was all I really needed, but apart from that it was dirty, and dated. I was then charged for bed linen and local tax - by the agent. While the local tax may (or may not be appropriate) being asked to pay for linen wasn't made clear enough (if at all) at the time of booking, which was non refundable. I know I'm not the first person to express their disatisfaction about this. The agent is now also trying to charge me extra for cleaning the room - which involves making the bed, cleaning the toilet, and taking out a couple of bottled beers from the fridge. Just terrible customer experience and attitude from the agency..
