Diese kleine Wohnung ist ein Schmuckstück. Sie liegt recht nah zum Zentrum von Aix (ca. 5 min zu Fuss zur Bushaltestelle), aber in einer sehr grünen Gegend, nah beim Fluss. Der nette Vermieter Jean-Marie lebt vor Ort und hat einen schönen Garten gepflanzt. Er gibt tolle Tips für Ausflüge und hilft mit allen Anliegen sofort. Auch für einen Tee, ein Glas Wein und ein nettes Gespräch ist er gerne bereit. Er hat zwei kleine Ferienwohnungen im 1. Stock seines Hauses renoviert. Jede Wohnung ist sehr privat und hat Balkon oder Terrasse. Man hat seine Ruhe und kann sich super erholen. Es war für mich die perfekte Kombination von Ruhe und Nähe zur Stadt. Wärmsten zu empfehlen!

Etre en vacances chez Jean Marie, c'est déconnecter en retrouvant l'aisance et le confort rassurant comme à la maison. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les espaces à vivre, le calme reposant, et la verdure environnante. Et puis, discuter avec Jean Marie, c'est comme retrouver son voisin préféré, drôle, très généreux et passionnant. Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons c'est une certitude !

Studio très bien . on profite au maximum de la terrasse sans vis à vis aux portes du centre ville d'Aix en Provence. Merci à Jean-Marie , le propriétaire qui est très accueillant.

This is a charming, well-appointed place. Very modern, private and quiet hideaway surrounded by trees. A private entrance up a flight of outdoor stairs takes you to a charming terrace, where you can relax or enjoy a meal at a table with umbrella. I was under the impression that the place was closer to the heart of Aix-en-Provence than it is. Fortunately, the bus stop is a short walk and the bus runs often and reliably. The internet wasn't as reliable as I'd hoped. Enjoyable surprises: a heated towel rack; a round portal window opens to vent the bathroom; automated glass-enclosed mini-blinds open to the terrace. The host was very friendly and responded promptly to my inquiries. Overall, I'd recommend it to travelers who don't mind being away from the center of town.

This accommodation was very nice if you are prepared to either use public transport or drive into Aix-en-Provence. Near sports academy and natural Parc by river Arc. The accommodation is modern and very well equipped - only one downside as there is no lounge area some comfortable furniture on the terrace would make it perfect. Merci boucoup Jean-Marie!

Thank you to the Orsoni family for being such gracious hosts and making our stay at Grand Sud so comfortable and enjoyable. There is a wonderful park nearby, where you can walk along the river Arc. We recommend this apartment!

J’étais de passage dans la région début mai et j’ai pu louer à casa nova studios pour 2 nuits. J’ai passé un bon séjour dans ce bel appartement à la campagne et dans ce beau jardin sauvage provençal. Nos hôtes étaient gentils. Le jardin était tout en fleurs avec les lilas et le potager qui venait d’être planté. Je suis venue avec mes draps et c’est surement pour ça qu’ils ont accepté de me louer pour une courte période en demi saison estivale. Location très propre, bien située et près de tout.
