😊: The appartment is on the second floor of an older house. You enter through the somewhat older stairway and then have a modern high security safety door opening to a super cosy littel appartment with big windows and a little balcony to an inner yard. Everything is simple, practical, useful and clean. You get the appartment keys in the bar just 20 meters up the street. The neighbourhood is very artsy and active, but inside the appartment, it is quiet. Coffee and tee is taken care of, clean towels and a very comfy couch/bed. I hope that I can come back. Thank you, Anthony!.

😊: Good balance of value/price. Good location. 😢: The district is a bit poor, it's not comfortable after dark. Also no hair dryer.

😊: The position it's ok at the center of the "movida",many bars but also also lot of junkies and drug sellers around.. 😢: Typical example of fast tourism. For the self check-in I had to go to a Cannabis shop to grab the keys, same for the check out. In front of the apartment door, there was a mouse trap, and on the other floor there was garbage in front of the door for 2 days. 0 services, 0 interaction with the owner, 0 love in Ospitality.
