Studio avec jardin et parking

😊: Spoiled by an overpowering inescapable odour which seemed to emanate from The very fabric of the building. We were forced to leave all patio windows open during the night with the safety screens down but the vile intensity of the smell did not dissipate. Inexplicable as the property is spotlessly clean. We suspect the poor owner is likely unaware there is an issue which needs to be urgently addressed prior to any further letting.. 😢: As above..

😊: Great to have a garden in very hot weather. Convenient location to walk into Chartres..

😊: Location walk to city.

😊: Close to the main route through Chartes, and only 10mins from the old town and Cathedral.
