Studio avec linge de maison fourni et tout équipé aux pieds des pistes

😊: The room had plenty of heating appliances for keeping warm, kitchen small but also well equipped. Television set was great. Fantastic water heater, modern with high temperatures and water pressure. A lot of outlets, plenty to charge all needed devices. Building has an elevator, close to the room, can go straight to the "ski room". Great location, just a little walk till the lifts, shop and renting. If the lift does not work, there is a shuttle bus available to the main lifts. Free parking next to the building. The host answers fast, even when we had check in issues at night, the host helped out.. 😢: We booked for 4 people, as the booking stated 3 beds. When arrived we were shocked to find only two beds. Only two blankets were provided. As two of the people were not a couple we requested extra blanket. Owner dismissed our request, stating that she is not in town. Hosts solution was to cancel our booking. The bed is very shaky and loud when someone turns in the night everybody wakes up. Ski room was not equipped with any heating elements it is just a cellar. We stayed for 6 days, the boots get wet and there was no way to dry them. For 6 days for 4 people we were left with one trash bag and half used toilet paper. Turns out the guide of the place is mandotary and you HAVE to use it for Check in and Check out. We checked out at 10pm when we had booked till next day. And because of this the system did not recognise the check out. Also, you have to clean before checkout. I mean sweep the floor and remove blanket covers otherwise you are fined..

😊: This studio was a last minute booking due to circumstances and was perfect for our 4 day visit to the area. The space was very clean. Everything we needed was provided. Communication was easy. Highly recommended for touring the surrounding area.. 😢: Nothing to say here..
