Studio avec vue

😊: Very convenient location on the edge of the town and in a nice setting. Ample parking. Good cooking facilities with mini oven, microwave, toaster, fridge etc. Multiple channels on the tv. Ultra modern bathroom with good shower.. 😢: Studio was rather chilly - both radiatos were cold with no controls. I needed the extra blanket, found in the wardrobe and was glad I packed jogging trousers & top to wear in bed. The owners issue a 'welcome pack/instructions' online, but it would be easier if a printed copy was left in the apartment. There is only one chair so the apartment is really only suitable for a single traveller if you want to eat at the table. There are no instructions for using the induction hob (complicated if you're not familiar with Guests are requested to take their 'trash' away with them at the end of their stay, which is rather unusual!..

😊: Clean, well equipped, the terrasse is good, easy access and the easy check in check out. Communication before during and after. Access for car or bicycle easy.. 😢: Small place, hot, took time to get a new toaster that did not work properly. Kitchen and bathroom with no windows..
