Studio Beaux Arts - Proche centre Clim Balcon - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: Perfect location, lovely part of Montpelier and very nice to have a small balcony. 😢: N/A.

😊: It was cozy and a very pretty balcony. Very fresh. Good temperature and very comfy bed.. 😢: It was a loud environment outside of the building..

😊: Studio was as per photos but it is really small! One wouldn't want to be a big in trying to use the shower.. 😢: Host communication and preparedness of the apartment: - No wifi codes in the studio when we arrived and didn't get it resolved 'til next day- had to chase the owner for them a couple of times as he neglected to include the attachment detailing the information. - At 8AM on the morning we were leaving, we received a message with checkout instructions including an instruction to take out the rubbish but with no instructions as to where or what to do with it? Necessitated further contact with the owner to find out how rubbish was to be disposed The issues above would not arise if there was a proper check in document in the apartment which detailed all relevant information for checking in(including Wifi information) and checking out of the apartment. Ironically there was a list of "house rules do and don'ts" stuck on the back of the entry door. - No duvet on the bed when we arrived only what appeared to be a sheets. Contacted the host - it turned out that the topsheet was actually a duvet cover so we had to put the duvet (which was in the cupboard) into the duvet cover ourselves. Would have be good to have been told this in advance.

Séjour 2 nuits 2 personnes...<br>#128578; Vue sur cour interieure dégagée, accès ascenseur avant-dernier etage, double vitrage, environnement calme, balcon ensoleillé, proche tramway 3 min à pied, le petit café le matin... Explications tres claires pour acceder à l'appart et dans l'appart tres accueillant à l'arrivée. Merci encore !

studio impeccable dont les photos...<br>#128578; Studio très bien situé. Nous pouvions aller à pieds au centre historique. Le fait qu'il ne donne pas sur la rue est appréciable. Très jolie vue dégagée sur l'église. Nous avons pu dormir au calme. J'aime particulièrement la décoration zen du studio et son confort. La literie est confortable. Studio impeccable, propre ; Thomas l'hôte est réactif pour répondre aux questions. Nous avons loué ce studio déjà deux fois et ce sera avec plaisir que nous y retournerons.<br>#128577; Rien; tout est parfait

Boa qualidade/preço/conforto por alguns dias.<br>#128578; Cama confortável, equipamentos todos novos, tudo estava muito limpo.<br>#128577; Do prédio em sí, um pequeno problema para esquentar a agua para o banho na primeira noite (depois resolvi) e as toalhas estavam cheirando cigarro. Ps: poderia deixar uma garrafa de agua de presente para os inquilinos.

Première visite à Montpellier<br>#128578; Studio très propre, confortable et proche d’un tram et même du centre-ville et de la gare. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut dans le studio pour passer un bon séjour ! Petit plus, que j’ai adoré, c’est la vue que tu peux avoir en te levant/couchant du lit. Je recommande.<br>#128577; Rien du tout.
