😊: We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this apartment. The check-in and check-out process was very easy and hassle-free. The location was excellent, with a great supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, and the metro station all within easy walking distance. The apartment was very well equipped and had everything we needed, including a washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes horse, and hoover. The bed was very comfortable, and the sofa bed was surprisingly comfortable too. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and we would definitely choose it again. as really.

😊: I did not like anything about this property. It was a nightmare to stay here. I was definitely fooled by the reviews and I’m going to write a real review to assist other people.. 😢: We stayed here for 4 nights and where do I begin? Firstly, you have to pay a deposit to access the accommodation after you’ve already paid in full on booking.com. I found that very strange and I was right to think so because after my stay, I was then charged a further €120 with no explanation given as to why. I left the apartment in a clean condition and even sent the owner a video when we were leaving. It truly felt like a prison sentence with how many rules they have in place for you to follow. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Secondly, accessing the key to the apartment, navigating the whole coding system was so difficult. It was one code after the other and one system after the other. You’d have thought you were staying at Buckingham palace with all the hassle. You’re better off just booking a hotel and having the peace of mind. Thirdly, when we eventually manage to access the keys and the floor the apartment was on, it was so difficult to open the door. Oh before I even explain better, do not get me started on the rotten smell of this building. As soon as you walk in it attacks you. It smelled so bad I don’t even know how we survived 4 nights. Back to the door - the door to the apartment was heavy and so difficult to open. We had to door on the neighbour’s door twice so they could open it for us because we just couldn’t open it. Inside the actual apartment was ok, nothing special. I would have said you get what you pay for but honestly you could get a hotel for the same amount and you’d have a better experience. All in all, I would never stay at this apartment again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Refund my €120 that you stole after my booking without an explanation. I have already reported your business for fraudulent activities. DO NOT BOOK this apartment, stay clear of it..

😊: Goed .. 😢: I don’t like this system where you now have to pay a deposit, and sometimes people only have cash, pay through Booking, and then are told they still need to pay this deposit. I don’t think that’s fair because I went through this myself—I didn’t have a credit card and found myself stressed about it. I had to ask a friend for help because I really don’t use a credit card, and there are other people who don’t either. So this is very annoying..

😊: It is near the restaurants and Carrefour, the train Station is in front. It is just 6 min away of DisneylandParis.
