😊: We would rate this as a 3 for false advertising and a 4 for an owner who is helpful at the outset prior to booking, but then drops of the radar with responding to you after you've arrived. We would give the kitchen an 7+ to 8. The en-suite a 7. The 'free streaming services' a 0 (couldn't even get free to air to work). And cleanliness a 7+. Parking (once you understand it is good too, but is misleading in advertising blurb on getting to it). So overall we have been generous and fair by rating this an overall 7 (has goods and bads with this place). We chose this place as it appeared reasonably priced for a '1 bedroom apartment' with 'free car park'. This advertising is misleading. It was advertised as being a one bedroom apartment with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, a kitchen, en-suite, living room and free onsite parking. And a large TV with free streaming services (but you can't get it to work & owner doesn't reply with any help or instructions. This is a 'bedsit' type accommodations, NOT a one bedroom apartment. You have to climb a small set of stairs inside front door. Just mentioning if anyone has mobility considerations. The kitchen is good (no oven but does have the other essentials) and has a 4 seat table with power points right near it. You have 3 'rooms' per se; the kitchen (decent size, functional, good lighting, had a table & chairs and good appliances and utensils), a small bathroom (with a good shower & decent water pressure) and a very small 'living come bedsit room (lacks powerpoints in convenient locations like bedheads, etc). It was clean and neat. It is in a good location very close to edge of the old town and lots of restaurants, sightseeing, etc.. 😢: Didn't like the misleading advertising that was cleverly worded as if this had a bedroom or a bed. We had NO bedroom at all. It has a SMALL double sofa-bed & a single sofa chair that both fold out into a bed type thing low to the floor. We had to use both but the person on the sofa-bed has to literally climb over the one on the single pull out chair-bed to get to the loo in the night! There is a free parking spot nearby but it is NOT ONSITE parking. The owner did confirm in advance that the 'onsite' parking was in fact Spot #37 in a place less than 50m away. The directions he gave were wrong; it is 50m as the 'crow flies' for sure. But the access to park the car is down one way streets that circle back to get to it which makes it a couple of km of driving to get to it from the bedsit, THEN it is less than 50m walk b/w the parked car & the bedsit. This is actually fine, but would be good to be given accurate directions in advance, not misleading ones you have to muck around working out via GPS yourself. Also, the 'dedicated space' already had a car in it and there was absolutely no space available in the surrounding area but there was a vacant #36 spot next to #37. So we parked there and sent a message to the owner. Got no response until leaving the next day! Didn't like the automatic light that comes on every time you go from the lounge (so called bedroom) to the toilet at night. Woke us both up each time. In saying all that, if you are happy making up your own beds from scratch (owner does leave sheets, pillows and covers in an alcove) and you know you will be doing that, and you understand where to drive to park rather than relying on the misleading directions of the owner - then you may be happy here. As stated, location is good. Kitchen good. En-suite tiny but shower is good and modern. This could have been a good experience if the advertising was correct..
