😊: The location. 😢: The steep & long spiral staircase.

😊: Niente.. 😢: I have travelled across 4 continents, including countries classified as developing countries, both for work and for holidays. This is, by far, the worst, most embarrassing and humiliating place I have ever stayed in. I also consider the accommodation to be clearly below European habitability standards. A) The owner claims that there is parking, but the street does not even allow you to stop briefly to unload your luggage. The nearest parking is about 200 metres away, which is far from convenient with suitcases. On market days, those 200 metres become almost 900. B) There are 5 floors to climb on foot using a narrow and dangerous spiral staircase, something you only discover once you arrive. C) You sleep in a mezzanine approximately 90 cm high, accessible via a wooden ladder. It is completely unsuitable for elderly people or anyone with mobility issues and particularly dangerous for children. D) Nobody checked our documents. I was not even asked to pay the tourist tax, and I received no receipt for the payment. E) The place is extremely dirty. The owner even wrote to me on Booking, obviously only in French, asking me to take the rubbish out, suggesting that the accommodation is not properly cleaned. Overall, an objectively unacceptable experience. I cannot recommend this place in any way..
