Studio Cité historique

😊: In the center, relatively big studio. 😢: Noisy bed, DIY bedsheets and linen. It was really cold and we had only a half roll of toilet paper.

😊: The studio was in an excellent location close to everything you would need. The apartment was well equipt for a comfortable stay. The apartment was very clean and great smelling bed sheets. Great communication from host.. 😢: The bed was very noisy and could do with being replaced for a good nights sleep. Although the apartment doesn't have a washing machine we thought a clothes airer would be useful so we could wash a few clothes..

😊: We stayed here for 4 nights and had an excellent experience! The room was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfy and pleasant stay. The location was very convenient, quiet and close to everything a traveler might need, and just 20 minutes from Nice Airport.There were also some really lovely spots nearby worth checking out. The host was quick to respond and helpful to assist with anything we needed. We highly recommend this place and would definitely choose it again for a future trip!. 😢: The only small thing we would have preferred just for a bit of extra comfort, is a regular bed instead of a sofa bed. But overall, everything was great!.

😊: The property was very clean, neat and tidy. Kitchen facilities were very good also. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was 90.00 euros cheaper than city residence Nice for the same number of nights (7).. 😢: Just simply a kettle when I went to use it had some kind of scale built up on the interior which didn't look too good. So I didn't use it. But this I consider as very minor..

😊: The location is top notch. Only a minute to walk to the old town, with access to lots of shops and restaurants. Easy to access, with parking nearby. It had everything I needed.. 😢: As mentioned by others, the bed is not great. It is so noisy that I woke up all the time just turning over. Someone else said they put the mattress on the floor. I wish I'd done that. I also had to make my own bed (pillowcases, sheets, duvet cover) which I found odd..
