😢: I strongly do not recommend this place. This is one of the worst accommodations I have ever stayed in. There were cockroaches throughout the property, and this was clearly not an isolated issue, as there was a notice informing guests about an upcoming extermination. [Picture] The owner is obviously aware of the problem. The studio itself was extremely damp and humid. The smell of moisture and mold was noticeable everywhere, making the stay very uncomfortable. The entire place felt neglected and unhealthy. The bathroom was another disaster. The toilet door would not close properly, and the flushing system was broken. After flushing, the tank took around 30 minutes to refill, which was incredibly frustrating and inconvenient. There is also a bakery operating in the same building, and given the number of cockroaches present, it would not surprise me if this was contributing to the infestation. Regardless of the source, guests should not have to deal with these conditions. To make matters worse, the entrance to the apartment is dark, creepy, and feels unsafe, especially at night. The whole access area gives a very poor first impression and does not feel secure at all. What is even more disappointing is that the owner did not respond or provide any meaningful assistance when these issues were reported. The complete lack of communication and concern for guests made the situation even worse. Overall, the property was poorly maintained and far below any reasonable standard. Instead of enjoying the stay, I had to deal with cockroaches, humidity, unpleasant odors, broken facilities, and an environment that felt neglected from top to bottom. I would not stay here again, even if it were free..

😊: The Wifi was spot on!. 😢: The wood dividing the room from the ceiling, the unpainted wall…And worse of all, the smell from the bakery..

😊: The location is very good. 😢: Probably there was covered with paint mold everywhere, you could have smelled it, it’s dangerous and irritating. It’s not that expensive to get a humidity absorber and it would really help this place. On the stairs there where cockroaches, the bathroom was extremely small and everythingwas wet after one shower. One night in this studio it’s definitely too much..
