😢: Despite the accommodation being designated as non-smoking, our complaints to the owner regarding the continuous smoking by residents in Studio 1, which permeated the corridor and our Studio 2, were not addressed. It appears these individuals are permanent residents, and no action was taken to rectify the situation. Upon entering the premises, we were startled by a dog belonging to the occupants of the rear house. The presence of dog waste throughout the alley created an unpleasant entrance to the studio. Regarding internet access, as we were visiting Europe for several weeks and did not purchase a local SIM card, we relied on Wi-Fi for researching local history and attractions. We were provided with Wi-Fi credentials in the initial email, and another set was posted inside the studio. Neither set functioned. Following our complaint on the first morning, alternative credentials were provided, but these also proved inoperable. The studio is located on the ground floor, at street level. Given that the street is a major thoroughfare with frequent pedestrian and vehicular traffic, sleeping with an open window is not feasible. These are the details of our experience..
