Superb<br>#128578; The hosts did put a lot of effort into making this little studio functional and comfortable. The amenities are great, coffee and a quality coffee- machine were provided, as well as a full set of kitchen utensils, more than one could ask for. The back window has a view to a neat neighbouring garden. Most importantly, it was all very clean.<br>#128577; Beware that the bunk-bed does need a slight level of physicality to get up and down from (it's perfectly sturdy, though:). I can imagine that in the summer, the lack of air-conditioning could be a problem, in particular, since one sleeps higher up in the bunk bed, which makes it even warmer.

It’s located close to the RER station and neighborhood is calm and not noisy at all. Garden at disposal was a very high bonus to have some coffee in the morning. Overall very nice stay.
