😊: It could have been more better than that. 😢: The beddings was not so clean.

😊: ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!. 😢: BAD AREA, NOT CLEAN.. The Bedding smelt like it hadn't been dried right away and looked like it had been left wet. Crumpled and unironed. Food on saucepan and bowls, oven hob not cleaned properly. NO KETTLE! One saucepan, so I had to clean it to use it and use it for a hot drink. You have to stand on the sofa bed to reach the plates. The sofa bed fills the whole room, you can barely shut the door and can't sit at the table. There is a processing plant which wakes you up and is very loud all day, the train track is quiet in comparison. When they stop working the guy next door comes home from work to cry on the nightmare with VERY LOUD TECHNO MUSIC. The plug socket next to the sofa is hanging out the wall. See photos. A big drop from window, definitely doesn't obey health and safety R&Rs. I decided to leave as I couldn't relax, in fact, I was getting stressed. They refused a refund for the second night and I lost out on sleeping and the money.NO GARDEN. {see photos) Glass, cigarette butts, rubbish, huge tyre. Just a dump at the bottom of shared steps. DODGY AREA - DODGY, OLD BUILDING. WHO RENTS OUT A PLACE LIKE THIS and RIGHT BY A PROCESSING PLANT. DO BETTER! Don't be tempted to save money to "just get you head down" Because not much sleep is managed here..
