Studio cosy - 2P - Bastille

Host horrible with communications. Responses took over 24 hours. Tried to book extra nights days before check-in, but host would only confirm that nights were able and the cost. After repeated attempts to confirm desire to book, there was no response. Also, after checkout, we gave the key to the cleaning service that was there to prepare room for next guest. A 3rd party (not property manager) tried to contact me outside VRBO app claiming that they couldn’t find the keys. This booking was very difficult to manage. Although booked in VRBO, we paid through another company, tried to deal with a property manager for booking schedule, and received check-in/check-out instructions from yet another company
