Studio cosy, 4Pers, wifi, proche Disney, Parking - AMY RENT

😊: All the facilities that we needed were there. We loved having coffee perculator, washing machine, bath/shower and balcony! We loved the location too, its so easy to get to and from Disneyland and central Paris from here via RER. The station is 2min walk and its 2 stops from Disneyland and only 30mins from Paris and there's a big supermarket right next door as well as several cafes.. 😢: We visited in a heatwave and it was very hot in the flat..

😊: This apartment was cozy and full of sun. We really enjoyed our stay in this apartament. The neighborhood was also nice and you can find near restauraunts ,supermarketes and bakeries..

😊: Nothing. 😢: EVERYTHING. I suspected a scam. Because of this property 's suspicious online communication regarding collection of payment and personal information through a third party, I did not stay at the studio, did not receive a refund of $298, and will no longer use Booking.com. Only AFTER I paid about $300 online for a stay at this suburban Paris studio did the property inform me of an additional damage deposit of €400 (payable only online. Usually, a property collects the damage deposit in person and on site). Without this deposit, the property would not release the key code. The property then required my passport number and picture through a THIRD party, non Booking.com, vendor. (not typical of Booking.com). Due to my suspicion, I did not continue to submit payments and personal information after the initial payment for the studio. Instead, I asked for cancellation and refund immediately after booking. The property said I must ask Booking.com (NOT the policy). Booking.com, in turn, deferred to the property management. In the end, Booking.com did not support me in my request for a refund of about $300 --Lost - though we never stayed at the studio! "It's the property 's policy." After many years of patronage and "Genius Level 3" status, I have booked my last stay with Booking.com..

😊: Close to Disneyland and daily trip to Paris was fine once you get the hang of the RER and Metro. The place is 5 minutes walk from the Station and there are a few places to eat nearby and both Western and Asian groceries are across the road..

😊: The area, lots of small boulangeries and small restaurants Quiet until early morning Garage Very close to Disneyland. 😢: All good, but for 4 ppl it would be very small.
