Studio cosy à 5 min de la gare Toulouse Matabiau

😊: It is as it appears in the pictures and despite being small, it was really comfortable and super well equipped. The terrace made it extra special. The communication with the host was perfect and she was super kind to allow us to leave our baggages until our train departure. We are a couple and a medium sized dog and it was a lovely and nice experience. Recommend it 100%.. 😢: NA.

😊: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this cosy studio. It’s ideally located, just a 10–15 minute walk from the centre of Toulouse. There are three well‑stocked grocery shops within a five‑minute walk—one open until midnight—and a late‑night shop directly opposite that stays open until 2am (3am on Saturdays). The neighbourhood has a lively, student‑friendly atmosphere with plenty of character, yet it always felt safe, even late at night. The accommodation itself is excellent. It’s a well‑designed studio with a pull‑down bed and sofa (which can also be used as a bed), a compact but fully equipped kitchen area, a small balcony, and a lovely bathroom. The bathroom is spacious, spotlessly clean, and features a fantastic shower. The living area is tidy and comfortable, with everything you need for a short or longer stay. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the electric blackout blinds ensured a great night’s sleep. I didn’t hear any noise from neighbours, and the apartment was very peaceful throughout my stay. The host, Alizée, was absolutely marvellous. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and she kindly allowed me to check out late as I had an evening flight, which I really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.. 😢: All good :-).

😊: The bathroom was new and clean, the kitchen was small but convenient, the table was a great size, and there was a balcony where you could comfortably enjoy breakfast. And the location is great.. 😢: The curtains cannot block out the light need to wear mask.

😊: The location is a safe area near the main railway station. There are two mini markets and a bakery nearby. The property is in walking distance from the city centre. The studio is small but well-equipped and has a nice small balcony.. 😢: For the money this was an excellent choice, especially for people using the main train station. Therefore, there was nothing to complain about..
