😊: Compact apartment with well equipped kitchen. Peaceful location on Tour du Mont Blanc route.. 😢: We were staying for 1 night - there was no hot water in the evening. The building concierge Julien was very responsive and came to try and fix it, but the water heated up so slowly that it took until the morning to have any hot water (not ideal when all you need is a hot shower after a busy day). This was one of our more expensive stays and it was not good value for money - the bedlinen and towels cost extra (16eur for linen, 8eur for towels and you have to make your own bed), there are no toiletries at all in the flat (there is a dishwasher for example but no tablets provided), the teatowels and sponges were old and smelled like stagnant water. We informed the host of these issues but no resolution was offered.

😢: Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing due to the complete lack of hot water. We specifically booked accommodation expecting basic facilities, including the ability to have a hot shower after travelling. Instead, there was no hot water throughout our stay, meaning we couldn't shower or properly wash ourselves. Hot water is a fundamental amenity, not a luxury, and this significantly impacted our experience. We raised the issue but were left feeling that it wasn't taken seriously, and the resolution offered did not reflect the inconvenience caused. The location may suit some travellers, but I would not recommend staying here unless you are certain the hot water issue has been permanently resolved. When paying for accommodation, guests should reasonably expect essential facilities to be fully functional..
