Studio cosy, calme et confort

😊: The apartment is located a 15-minute walk from the metro station. We arrived in Paris by car with a roof box, so we needed parking, quick access to the city centre, and an affordable, comfortable place to stay. This spot met our expectations completely. The apartment had everything we needed—despite its compact size, it was cosy and convenient. The small balcony overlooking Paris was a great place to relax in the evening after a busy day out.. 😢: Nothing!.

😊: Great small flat with everything you would need to be there even for a longer period of time. Location is quite good, just be prepared to walk a little bit to the nearest metro station. There are some basic spices and food, which is brilliant.. 😢: The hallway in the house often smells bad. But it's nothing that bothers you once you're inside the apartment..

😊: The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and just like in the pictures. The area is quiet. The owner was friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!.
