Fabuleux<br>#128578; Propre, bien conçu, confortable (j'ai toujours mal au dos sur des locations, là, parfait), super accueil du proprio, bien équipé, bien situé, franchement, vraiment top. Attention pour les fumeurs invétérés ^^, immeuble sans ascenseur (donc au 3eme, il faut redescendre pour fumer 😉) Sur un grand boulevard, donc potentiellement bruyant mais nous, en plein été, c'était très calme.<br>#128577; Honnêtement, à part qu'il faisait chaud au 3eme (mais il y a un ventilateur fourni ☺️), tout était nickel.

Comfy, clean, privacy, quiet and...<br>#128578; No breakfast. I enjoyed that I was alone in the property, had my privacy, was quiet, clean and well equipped. I did not miss anything, usually I got less that what this property offered. For instance, I seldom have a fridge or microwave where I live but did have here. Incredible comfy, could not guess it from pictures or from outside the room.<br>#128577; I had difficultiesin getting the key. It was well hided but I had to ask a neighbour to explain me how to get the keys. Therefore, at the end, I did not know how to put them back in that box, thusI left them in the door. The stairs are scary and if you come witha large suitcase it could be hard to climb them. I had a small one andmanaged to do it. But in the room it is a large space, a very comfy bed, warm water at the shower and privacy. I loved that a lot.

Séjour pratique pour ceux qui...<br>#128578; La proximité par rapport au lieu de mes rendez-vous. Le fait que malgré l'environnement bruyant, le studio était bien insonorisé.<br>#128577; L’exiguïté de la salle d'eau. Il n'y a pas d'autre problème à signaler.

Facilité de communication avec le propriétaire pour récupérer la clé.<br>#128577; La fenêtre ne ferme pas bien, et les escaliers sont dangereux (marches inégales... Faites vraiment attention)

Très bien<br>#128578; L'appartement est très bien situé, facile d'accès, quartier très sympa, carrefour à 2 min à pied dans l'angle de rue, cuisine bien équipée, hôte réactif<br>#128577; Certaines marches d'escalier sont très petites donc il faut vraiment monter et descendre avec beaucoup de prudence (surtout pour les personnes de plus grande taille/plus grands pieds). Mais c'est indépendant du propriétaire

Staff was friendly and helpful.<br>#128577; It was not labeled outside the building, the key was a bit difficult to figure out, as was locking the door (turn the handle while turning the key fully twice). The steps were steep and small, and since the apartment was on the third floor it was a little dangerous to be bringing a suitcase up.
