😊: Good location, next to the beach. 😢: First off, you have to pick the keys up from a completely separate location so be aware of this beforehand. When I arrived, the apartment felt like a sauna. It was so hot, there is an AC but it is not efficient enough to cool down the whole apartment so I felt very uncomfortable and hot throughout my whole stay. The property does look like the pictures in the listing, however there was a lot of dust in the property when I arrived even though it had just apparently been cleaned. Also please be aware of that is no door on the shower so it will be hard to prevent the water from leaking while using it. I also saw a cockroach around the kitchen counter area, I sent pictures to the host but by that point I had decided to leave early. The host was initially responsive but didn’t offer much help, they just told me to inconvenience myself and buy a fan and they’d compensate me. I came on holiday for work but wanted to relax by that point so did not want to run around town looking for a fan. By this point, I just decided to leave the property a day early. I delayed writing this review to be fair and give the host a chance to resolve the issue, but they are now unresponsive.I took a risk staying somewhere with no reviews and that unfortunately backfired. I paid over £100 per night and did not get the value for money..

😊: Location was perfect, close enough for a short walk to the beach and restaurants but far enough away from the crowds. The building itself is fantastic, nice old architecture. The people you collect the keys from are very friendly and helpful.. 😢: The key collection is quite far from the property and if you're not driving it then becomes an expensive cab ride or trying to navigate public transport. It is not walking distance at all. The property was not clean. Someone is storing stuff there so there is clutter all over the flat. The shower and shower curtain were both dirty, the shower drain was struggling to drain water. The aircon unit sounds like it won't survive the summer. It is portable unit mounted on the wall, not great. Overall the place definitely needs some TLC and a proper clean..
