Studio & Coworking Thème Factory A - Entire Place

😊: good facilities, everything as in pictures. very clean, good bed. tea, coffee, utensils, even vacuum was there. location in pretty residential area.. 😢: I updated my arrival time to ensure everything is ready for my stay. received half a sentence of reply (of course in French) that this is self-checkin. So - it was super cold in the studio when I arrived, and it took me all night to get a bit warmer (tiny electric heater). This is exactly why guests send arrival times - to not end up in that situation. Neighbours in studio B watched loud TV until after 3 am (walls thin like paper) and constantly smoked weed - smell came in through the door - both days of my stay were sad. Please have house rules and enforce them. Ended up leaving with a cold and headache..
